A cancer diagnosis is always devastating, but nothing is as a bad as a diagnosis of higher level metastatic cancer. This means your cancer is incurable. A brand new study was released this week that suggests more Ayounger girls are being diagnosed with advanced incurable breast cancer. That at the same time when cancer deaths have dropped 20 percent within the last 20 years. How many American women ages 25-39 being identified as having late stage breast cancer has risen from 250 per year to 850 per year. AWould perhaps not it be nice to have the "WHY" responded at the same time the study is released, or at least an agenda of action for what they plan to do to find out the "WHY?" Therefore many studies....so several solutions. AFrustration abounds. What we do know is that that's what we're doing at NFF (Noreen Fraser Foundation) and this points again to the value of continued research to answer the "why". A week ago, I presented the grant we offered to UCLA for research in the field of epigenetics. Now, I'll give out promising analysis we've given in Canada. Our first Canadian grant visited Drs. David Mackey & Nadeem Pervez at the University of Alberta, Canada. AThe grant was permitted due to we were graciously supported by the generosity of Stella & Dot and its Canadian stylists who by having a breast cancer awareness line of Abeautiful pink products with the web profits gaining NFF through the entire month of October. The offer will finance a pilot project to test the feasibility of a fresh type of radiation therapy for girls with early stage breast cancer.
